Changing Your Language

AI Finance Team is available in English, Hungarian (Magyar), and German (Deutsch). Your choice is personal — it changes the interface for you, and the emails we send you, without affecting anyone else in the workspace.

Switching language

  1. Open Account → Preferences.
  2. Under Language, pick English, Magyar, or Deutsch.
  3. Click Save preferences.

The interface switches straight away, and you'll see a "Language preference saved." confirmation. As the page describes: "Choose the language for the AI Finance Team interface. Emails we send you will use the same language."

What it affects

  • The interface — menus, labels, buttons, and help text throughout the app.
  • Emails from us — notifications, invitations, and password resets arrive in your chosen language.
  • Number and date formatting follows the language too (for example, Hungarian groups thousands with a space).

It does not change your data. Invoice text, partner names, categories you've created, and amounts are shown exactly as they were entered — only the app's own wording changes.

Before you sign in

You don't have to be logged in to read the app in your language. The login, sign-up, and password-reset pages have a language picker in the corner, and the app does its best to match your browser's language automatically.

If you were invited to a workspace, the invitation email arrives in the language the person who invited you chose for you — so your very first contact is already in the right language. You can change it any time afterwards from Account → Preferences.

Don't see your language?

Only English, Hungarian, and German are available today. If you pick a language that isn't ready yet, the app will tell you ("That language is not available yet.") and keep your current one. More languages may follow as AI Finance Team expands.
